Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to payments made to AGENT MESH TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED for our services: discovery, pilots, building and running AI systems.

1. Your agreement comes first

Every engagement has a signed agreement or accepted proposal setting out scope, price, payment and cancellation terms. Where it says something different from this page, the agreement applies.

2. Cancelling an engagement

• Email info@agentmesh.co.in with your agreement or invoice number.
• You pay for work done up to the date we receive your notice. Anything paid in advance for work not yet done is refunded.
• Monthly "Run" services can be stopped at the end of any monthly period.

3. If we cancel

If we cannot deliver what we agreed, we will tell you promptly and refund what you paid for the part not delivered.

4. Not refundable

Third-party costs we have already paid on your behalf with your approval, such as software licences or cloud usage.

5. How refunds are paid

To your original payment method or by bank transfer, within 15 working days of approval. Where GST was charged, we issue a credit note as required under GST law.
