Privacy Policy

This policy explains how AGENT MESH TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED ("Agent Mesh", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit agentmesh.co.in, book a call with us or work with us. It is written with reference to the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and its rules as they come into force.

1. Who we are

2. What we collect and why

When you book a call	Your name, email address and anything you type in the booking notes. Purpose: to hold the call and follow up on it.
When you email or phone us	Your name, email address or phone number, and what you write or tell us. Purpose: to reply and help you.
When you become a client	Your name, company name, billing address and GSTIN. Purpose: to provide our services, issue invoices and meet tax and accounting law.
When you visit this website	Our host keeps technical logs (see section 4). We do not collect anything else.

3. Booking through Google Calendar

Calls are booked on a Google Calendar booking page. Google LLC processes the booking details for us, and the data may be stored outside India. Google's own privacy policy also applies on that page.

4. Hosting

This website is hosted on GitHub Pages by GitHub, Inc. (USA), which records visitors' IP addresses in its logs for security.

5. Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts are served from our own site. If you switch between the light and dark theme, your choice is saved as one item in your browser's local storage. It stays on your device and is never sent to us.

6. How long we keep data

Booking and enquiry details: up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless the law requires longer. Client billing records: for the periods required by the Companies Act, 2013 and GST law.

7. Who we share it with

Only the providers that help us run the business, such as Google (email and booking), GitHub (website hosting), and our accountants and auditors. We share it with government authorities only when the law requires. Some of these providers store data outside India; we follow any transfer restrictions notified under Indian law. We do not sell personal data.

8. Your rights

You can ask us for a summary of the personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct, complete, update or erase it. You can withdraw consent as easily as you gave it; this does not affect anything done before. You can nominate another person to exercise these rights if you die or become unable to. 9. Security

We use reasonable security practices, including limited access and 2-step verification on our business accounts. No method is completely secure; if a breach affects your data, we will act as the law requires.

10. Children

This website is not meant for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

11. Grievance Officer and complaints
